Harold Davis states: “This is portfolio of works from Paris and France is different from my usual work because each image was shot and processed using my iPhone. The images are unique, with I think a real immediacy—and convey my intense emotional reaction to the iconography of Paris. In addition, the prints were created in my studio and handcrafted on metallic papers, so this portfolio is a unique fusion of new photographic ways of seeing with traditional concepts of the print as an artifact. At first glance, some of these prints have been mistaken for silver halide creations from the dawn of photography.”

iPhonography de Paris is presented in a unique cachet-style portfolio. The portfolio is limited to twelve signed and numbered copies plus three artist proofs. Each archival pigment print is created on special silver-toned metallic paper, with a label of studio and artistic authenticity affixed on the verso.
